Our Little Sister Blu-ray English Subtitled

Screened in competition at the 2015 Cannes Film Festival, renowned filmmaker Kore-eda Hirokazu's latest film Our Little Sister is based on the award-winning manga Umimachi Diary by Yoshida Akimi. The film depicts the lives of three sisters in the seaside city of Kamakura and the changes they undergo when they take in their 13-year-old half-sister after meeting her for the first time at their estranged father's funeral.

Two of Japan's most popular actresses, Ayase Haruka and Nagasawa Masami share screen for the first time as the eldest sister, a level-headed nurse who heads the household, and the second sister, an easygoing bank clerk who makes bad relationship choices, while Kaho (Blindly in Love) plays the 19-year-old third sister and young rising star Hirose Suzu their little half-sister. Besides the four actresses at the center of the story, the film's impressive supporting cast also includes Otake Shinobu as the matriarch of the family, Tsutsumi Shinichi, Kase Ryo, Lily Franky (Like Father, Like Son), Kiki Kirin (Still Walking), Suzuki Ryohei (Tokyo Tribe), Fubuki Jun (Like Father, Like Son) and Maeda Oshiro (I Wish).
