However, please note that some items may be restricted or unavailable for international shipping due to local regulations or carrier limitations.

When you place an order, we’ll provide estimated shipping costs and delivery times based on:

  • Your shipping destination

  • The shipping method you select

Some shipping carriers may display estimated delivery dates during checkout.

 

⚖️ Weight-Based Shipping

Many of our items are shipped based on weight. You can find the item weight listed on the product detail page.
Please note: shipping weights are rounded up to the nearest full pound in accordance with carrier policies.

For international customers, we highly recommend Registered Airmail and EMS via Korea Post for reliable and trackable delivery.

 

⏱️ Handling Time

Due to post-COVID-19 processing adjustments, our average handling time is 3 to 5 business days after order confirmation.

 

🌍 Estimated Delivery Times

  • United States: 5–10 business days

  • Canada: 5–10 business days

  • Europe: 7–14 business days

  • South America: 7–14 business days

Please understand that delivery times may vary depending on customs clearance and local postal service conditions in your country.

    📌 Tracking Number Format:

    • International Registered Airmail:
      Tracking numbers begin with "CP" and end with "KR" (e.g., CP123456789KR)

    • EMS (Express Mail Service):
      Tracking numbers begin with "EM" and end with "KR" (e.g., EM123456789KR)

     

    ⚠️ Important Notes on Tracking:

    • For International Registered Airmail, tracking may not update once the package enters the destination country due to local postal system limitations.

    • Small packet shipments may not be traceable on the Korea Post website once they leave Korea.

    • In some regions (e.g., Peru), shipments may first pass through a third country (like Japan). If you see "Destination Country: Japan," don’t worry—your order is still on its way to your address.


    🌐 Track with Your Local Postal Service:

    After your package has left Korea, you may also track it through your local postal carrier’s website using the same tracking number.
    To do this, go to 17Track, enter your tracking number, and click your country name in the red box. It will redirect you to your national postal system.
