Smuggler Young Gyu (Lim Chang Jung) was once the leader of an organ trafficking ring but he's since washed his hands of the trade. To help Yoo Ri (Jo Yoon Hee) whose father is in need of a transplant, Young Gyu decides to bring together his old team once more. Boarding a cruise ship to China, Young Gyu and team zone in on the target victim (Jung Ji Yoon), a female passenger whose organ they intend to harvest, while her husband Sang Ho (Choi Daniel) searches frantically for her.
